Colleton County Hall of Fame to induct four


The Colleton County Athletic Hall of Fame is set to induct four former athletes on the evening of October 16, 2015. The new inductees include: Jermaine Brown, track and field; Chris Legourd, cross country; Chris Brownlee, football; and Marcus Pinckney, football.
Inductees will be recognized during halftime of the home Cougar football game against Fort Dorchester. The Colleton County Hall of Fame will be open during pre-game and half-time to the public.

Jermaine Brown, 1999 Graduate of Walterboro High School

1997- Lower State Champion in 4×100 relay
1998-Lower State Champion in 100m, 200m, and 400m relay
1998-1999 All Region in track and field
1998-fourth place finish in State Championship in 4×100 relay
3-year letterman in track
Member of the 1997 State Championship football team
SC State- Football- 2-year starter as kick-off returner and running back
