Annual CCHS Chorus Christmas Concert “Together for the Holidays” is set

Thursday, December 11, 2014 at 7:00 p.m., in the CCHS Performing Arts Center

Nothing announces the holidays and finds your Christmas Spirit quite like attending the Colleton County High School Chorus Christmas Concert. Choral Director, Stephanie Drawdy and her talented singers pack the Performing Arts Center for a musical start to the holiday season each and every year. For many in Colleton County, it isn’t Christmas until you’ve heard Stephanie Drawdy’s beautiful voice bring down the house with her closing rendition of “O’Holy Night.”

According to Drawdy, this year’s show, “Together for the Holidays” is filled with special guests. She has invited Colleton County Middle School Honor Chorus led by David Nay, Northside Special Chorus led by Jenny Bunton, and Forest Hills Elementary Special Chorus led by Susan Martin. Details were still being worked out for a few other schools and groups to possibly attend.

Drawdy let us in on a few secrets about this year’s show. You’ll see a little bit of everything: from classical, Bach, to pop, to Mariah Carey, and a whole lot of surprises

Tickets are $6 in advance and $7 at the door. Active military personnel are admitted free with a military ID. Tickets are available at the CCHS fees window, The Old Bank Downtown on Main Street, CCHS Chorus Members and at the door on the night of the event.
