Students treated to yearly ASAP Bash

Hitting the bottom! Photo by Rick Tobin

Junior Class students at Colleton County High School who successfully passed their Academic Skills Achievement Program (ASAP) tests last year (when they were sophomores) were treated to an ASAP Bash last Wednesday morning.

CCHS Principal Cliff Warren, who was mingling with the students during the party, noted that students take their ASAP tests during their sophomore years, but it takes a year to get the results back.

The students had the option of climbing a simulated cliff face, riding down a long, inflated sliding board, and just talking while listening to broadcasted music. Students also got a free book-bag and a card with which to get free items at the school.
