A Fall Festival held at Northside Elementary School Friday had everything a student fairgoer could ask for, and more.
The line stretched a long ways when students gathered to get horse and pony rides. Some of the students got on a horse for the first time at the fair.
At a face-painting booth, students stood in line while designs were transposed from brush to skin. Male students (mostly) took turns attempting, and usually succeeding in throwing a football through a huge cardboard target.
In the food-related areas of the festival, students played an intricate game of musical chairs during a cake-walk. The students also enjoyed using poles and line to fish for prizes. At a booth selling slices of pizza, the lines were also long.
Different grade levels attended the fair at separate times, allowing all of the students a chance to attend the fair.
