NAIFA To Sponsor Estate and Probate Basics Seminar

The National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) of Walterboro will be hosting a seminar, Estate Planning and Probate Basics, on Thursday, October 19 at First Baptist Church fellowship hall from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Featured speaker will be Ashley Amundson, Colleton County Probate Judge.

NAIFA is one of the nation’s largest associations representing the interest of insurance agents. NAIFA members assist clients on one or more of the following practices: life insurance and annuities, health insurance and employee benefits, multiline, and financial advising and investments. NAIFA meetings are conducted in Walterboro on the third Friday of each month at, 11:30 a.m. at The Restaurant at Dogwood Hills. The seminar will focus on wills, probate, end-of-life planning, living wills, powers of attorney, property division at death, avoiding or minimizing court involvement and much more. The seminar is free to the public.
