Bojangles hosts car show on National fried Chicken Day

National Fried Chicken Day was Friday, July 6, and Bojangles of Walterboro celebrated with their first Bo Time Classic Car Cruising.

There were no trophies or awards given but lots of coupons for Bojangles fixings plus two family feasts and watermelons donated from Breland hill Farms. It was a low turnout of cars for the cruising, but Bojangles chicken fans showed up in a large number.  Manager Cindy Bland hosted and kept the fans dazzled with trivia questions. One was “when did Bojangles open in Walterboro?” Answer April 19, 2010. “What city and state Bojangles was first built?” Answer: Charlotte, NC. There were seven other questions, and the fans who answered the questions received coupons for desserts and fixings.

The next Bo Time Classic is scheduled for August 11 from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. Bojangles restaurant is teaming up with Keith Rizer of Walterboro Ford, making this order the best combo of the Lowcountry. Trophies, awards and door prizes will be given at this car show combo. This will be the first time two businesses came together to host a Super Ford Show and sponsors are asking all car enthusiasts to attend to make this the best combo of the Lowcountry.
